Privacy policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026. This policy covers expotasks.com, run by Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as ExpoTasks. Questions: call or text (786) 372-0287 or use the contact form.

The show countdown

• Everything you enter (show names, dates, edits, check-offs) is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It isn't sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
• CSV and calendar exports are created in your browser and saved straight to your device.
• A share link holds your list inside the link, after the # sign. Browsers don't send that part to servers, so we never see it, but anyone you give the link to can read the list.

When you contact us

• The contact and early-access forms don't send anything themselves. They open your email app with a message addressed to contact@weblandscapes.com. If you send it, we receive your email address, name and what you wrote, and keep it in our mailbox and, for early access, on the early-access list.
• When you call or text, we have your phone number and the conversation on our phone's records.
• We use this only to answer you and, for early access, to contact you about the team planner. We don't sell or share it.

The site itself

• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, no cookies set by us.
• Our host, Cloudflare, logs requests (IP address, page, time) to run and protect the site. We don't use those logs to identify visitors.

Your choices

Ask us to remove you from the early-access list or delete your messages at any time, using the contact form or by phone. California residents have the rights in the CCPA; we don't sell personal information.

Children

The site isn't aimed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly keep their data.
