Terms of service
Last updated: October 31, 2026. These terms cover expotasks.com, the show countdown on it and the team planner early-access program. The site is run by Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as ExpoTasks ("we", "us"). Questions: call or text (786) 372-0287 or use the contact form.
1. The show countdown
The countdown is free to use. It runs in your browser and builds a task list from the dates and choices you enter. What you type is stored in your browser, not by us.
2. Dates are guidance
The countdown's dates are typical lead times drawn from published exhibitor kits and planning guides. Every show, venue and contractor sets its own deadlines, rules and prices, and they change. Your show's exhibitor kit and contract are what count. Check every deadline against them. We are not responsible for fees, late charges, refused freight or missed orders that result from relying on the countdown's dates.
3. Early access
Asking for early access to the team planner doesn't create a contract or a charge. Early-access accounts are free while the planner is being built; features may be missing, change or stop working, and data may be reset with notice. Prices will be published on this site before anyone is asked to pay, and nobody is charged without agreeing to a plan first.
4. Your use of the site
Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with it, or copy it in bulk. Share links contain the list they were made from; only share them with people you want to see it.
5. No warranty
The site and the countdown are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise any level of availability.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost leads or show costs, arising from the site or the countdown, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it (for the free countdown, nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
7. Names and trademarks
Show, venue and contractor names belong to their owners. ExpoTasks isn't affiliated with any show organizer or show contractor.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve it by talking first.
9. Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top.
